| 摘 要： | 体操教学法的选择不是随性的,它受到一系列教学规律和教学原则的制约和影响,在选择和运用体操教学法时,要把握教学法中各个要素之间的相互作用,相互影响,做到优势互补,使教学法内部诸要素实现最优化组合并产生多样的效应。
