| 摘 要： | 女生体育教学的研究日益受到各方面的重视．有关资料表明，就目前中小学生来说，女生约占总人数的一半．由于生理、心理等方面原因，高中女生在冬季上体育课缺乏积极性．重视冬季高中女生体育课教学，有利于提高课堂效率，增强学生体质，提高学生素质．

| Abstract: | More and more attention is being paid to the research of girls' PE teaching.According to some da- ta, girls almost cover half of the students in middle schools.Because of the physical and psycological conditions, senior school girls especially dislike taking any PE classes in winter.In order to improve the quality of PE classes and help build up students health, the author expounds this about how to give good PE classes to girls in winter. |
