高师毕业生面临的就业挑战与对策探索

在非师范院校毕业生参与竞争中学教师岗位，自立择业成为高师学生就业制度改革的趋势等条件下，高师院校必须就学生分配就业问题提出新的思路和对策。一要强化师池意识，立足于为中学等学校培养师资；二要努力６提高高师生的职业素质，增强参与竞争的能力；三要转变高师学生就业观念；四要建立高师毕业生的就业新机制。

An Survey of Countermeasure on Employment Challenge Faced by Graduates from Teachers College

This paper, after conductiong a careful study on the present situation and tendency of job assignment for graduates from teachers colleges, holds the view that, Under the reality of competition with non-pedagogical graduates and self-decision for job-seeking, teachers colleges should put forward a certain new thinking on the issue of graduates' job assignment and employment. Therefore, based on rich experience, four countermeasures have been proposed: 1. To intensify the consciousness of playing the role of teacher - training for middle schools. 2. To improve the professional quality of graduates he teachers college, thus stregthening their competitive ability. 3. To make a change of graduates' employment notion. 4. To establish a new system of graduates' employment.
