| 摘 要： | 通过对我国甲级足球队７５名队员的调查分析。认为，在足球运动队中，及时了解掌握运动员对管理、训练和比赛中的意见，进行分析综合，才能沟通管理者和被管理者的心扉，有针对性地做好思想工作，有效地调动两个积极性，达到提高足球运动水平的目的。

| Abstract: | By investigating 75 football players of A-class teams in our country,the author holds: only promptly grasping opinions to management,training and match from players and analysing synthetically can trainer and trainee be well linked up,can trainer do the ideological work with distinct aim, bring positive factors into play and reach the aim to improve our football level. |
