体育教师语罚行为探析

作为中小学体育教师课堂问题行为之一,中小学体育教师语罚行为已经引起了社会的关注。语罚行为虽不是体罚,但却比体罚更能对学生的心理造成伤害,其实质是作用于心灵并对学生的自尊心和人格造成伤害的语言攻击或语言暗示。追根溯源背后折射出中小学体育教师语罚行为的原因复杂多样,既有传统"师严道尊"观念的影响和语言本身方面的因素,也有教育政策法规不健全和体育教师个人原因等方面的问题。防止中小学体育教师语罚行为的主要对策是要加强中小学体育教师对语罚行为现象危害的认识,加强中小学体育教师的职业道德建设,建立健全中小学体育教师心理疏导与心理健康教育机制,要对中小学体育教师语罚行为建立有效投诉和监督机制,提升中小学体育教师的语言修养和批评语言艺术。

Discussion on the Language Punishment Behavior of Physical Education Teacher

language punishment behavior of PE teacher,as one of problematic behavior of PE teacher,has aroused extensive concern in the society.Although language punishment is not physical punishment,it will hurt the students more than the physical punishment.Its essence is the verbal attack or verbal suggestion which has an impact on the heart of the students and hurt the self-confidence and personality of the students.Its reasons are complex and various via tracing through the root of language punishment behavior of PE teacher,such as the influence of traditional idea that a master must be stern in order to teach the students to respect learning,some verbal factors,inadequate educational laws and regulations and personal reason of PE teacher,etc.Therefore,this paper suggests that we should avoid language punishment behavior from the following main countermeasures: enhancing the cognition to the danger of PE teachers’ language punishment behavior,strengthening PE teachers’ professional moral building,establishing perfect system of psychological counseling and psychological healthy education of PE teacher,making valid complaint and supervising rules for PE teachers’ language punishment behavior,and improving the language quality and criticizing technique of PE teacher.
