| 摘 要： | 我国健美操已列入师专体育专业的普修课程。对此,为了培养出适应社会需要,能胜任中、小学健美操教学和训练的合格体育教师,以及教师对教材的选择、教学方法的使用等,本文都作了具体的阐述。
