居民生活小区体育健身管理模式的研究

在文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查、居民访谈等研究基础上,分析了居民生活小区体育健身管理的现状:居委成为街道行政的延伸,物业难以胜任管理的职责,社会组织缺乏介入的机会;指出居民生活小区体育健身管理的难点:体育健身行业管理组织缺位,体育健身人力资源缺乏整合,场地设施布局使用不够合理。同时,设计了以行政、社会和市场构成的三位一体的新型管理模式,并提出了建立以生活小区为基地的体育协会、成立以生活小区为目标的会所协会、强化以生活小区为对象的理论研究等对策建议,旨在为政府有关部门规划社区体育的发展提供参考依据。

Study on Physical Education and Fitness Management Pattern in Residential Sub- districts

By using the methods of the documentations,interview on specialists,investigations,and interview on citizens,we analyzes the body building status quo in the living society: citizen committee is developing the street administrations' extension,the property management can not meet the requirement of the management,and the other society organizations are lack of opportunities to enter.It is pointed out: we are lack of the body building organization management,and human resources of the body building need to be integrated,the location of hardware is not reasonable.It is proposed to have the administration,society and market to build a three in one new management model,and proposed to have the living society sports association,and to set up the living society club,and to strength the research on the living society sport theory,so that to provide information for the government related organizations for living society sport development.
