摘    要:中华武术中桩功作为武术基础功法在武术基本功练习中必不可少,其锻炼效果有目共睹,文章通过对20名参加健美专业课学习的中北大学社会体育专业学生进行为期四个月的分组实验,在其他条件尽可能相同如教学内容、锻炼强度、锻炼次数、锻炼时间等的前提下,对武术桩功在健美运动中力量方面的作用以及效果进行研究,实验证明武术桩功在健美锻炼中能够有效提高肌肉力量,且肌肉围度变化不明显。

Abstract:It is necessary to exercise static stance for the basis of Chinese Wushu. The paper studies the introduction of bodybuilding into Wushu static stance training in the lipid-lowering effect through a four-month experiment of 20 students participating in bodybuilding study specialized courses of North University of China social sports, in other conditions, such as teaching the same content, exercise intensity, exercise time, rest, and so on. It is first confirmed that the Chinese Wushu static stance in the bodybuilding sport role in improve muscle strength has a distinct advantage, but muscle size does not change significantly.
