中成药结代停对豚鼠心肌细胞动作电位的影响

摘    要:中成药结代停120,60g/L对正常状况下心肌细胞动作电位复极化0%,35%,50%,90%时的动作电位吋程APD_0,APD_(35),APD_(50),APD_(90)均有缩短作用,对动作电位超射值、动作电位幅度及最大去极化速度无显著性影响;可使正常心肌细胞动作电位有效不应期(ERP)延长,使APD_(90)/ERP<1,从而发挥其抗心律作用.

Abstract:Chinese medicine Jedaitin 120g/L, 60g/L shortens action potential durations of guinea pig cardiac muscle cells at repolarization degrees of 35%, 0%, 50%and 90% (APD35, APD0, APD50, APD90) 1 has no effect on transmembrane resting potential (RP) , overshoot (OVS) , action potential amplitude(APA) and maximum depolarization rate; prolongs effective refractory period (ERP) of action potential; and ration of ERP/APD90<1. Jedaitin has an antiarrhythmic action.
