| Abstract: | Corporate culture construction plays an important role in the growing up of city and offers powerful support to the growing up of city. Firstly, enterprise' s material culture construction can expand the scale of city and promote the level of city; Secondly, enterprise' s institutional culture construction can offer reference for the growing up of city and make a model for city management; Thirdly, enterprise' s spirit culture construction embodies the city spirit and promotes the city' s spirit. In order to accelerate the growing up of city, corporate culture construction should be pay attention to. |
