从技能迁移论现代竞技武术散打运动的项群训练

文章以竞技武术散打的技术动作为研究对象,运用文献法、观察法,对竞技武术散打的技术动作进行了分类,概述了当前竞技武术散打的发展;以项群训练理论为借鉴,分析了迁移在竞技武术散打技术学习与训练中对技术发展与提高的作用。研究认为：竞技武术散打运动的对抗性决定其运动技术没有绝对固定的规格,竞技武术散打的项群训练,应该以多种项目相结合进行某一项群技术训练,同时,在不同的层次和阶段,各项群要整体运用到竞技散打技术中进行综合训练。

On the Event-group Training of Competitive Wushu Sanda from the View of Technique Transfer

This article is based on the competitive Wushu sanda technical movement as the research object,with the methods of literature,observation to do the classification of the competitive Wushu sanda technical movement.As reference of event-group training theory,the paper analyzes the the role of transfer playing in the development and improvement of Wushu Sanda technology.The view of the article: rivalry of competitive Wushu sanda sports decided to its not absolutely fixed specifications of movement techniques;event-group training of competitive Wushu sanda should be combined with a variety of projects for a event-group technical training.At the same time,each event-group is wholly used to competitive sanda technique in comprehensive training,in different levels and stages.
