摘    要:高职教育要突出职业能力的培养和就业导向,必须建立起适合于高等职业教育的教育质量保证与监督体系。从本质上讲,教学督导的核心即为教学质量管理。建立一套科学的教学质量评价指标体系是高职院校教学质量评估体系建设的基础性工作。督导工作要认真负责地做好职业技能和职业综合素质培养的教学质量与实效的监控.坚持督导结合,公平公正客观地评价。

Function Orientation of Teaching Supervision in Higher Vocational Colleges: An Example from Shunde Polytechnic

Abstract:Higher vocational education should emphasize the training of professional ability and employment guidance and establish supervision system suitable for quality assurance. Essentially, the core of teaching supervision is the management of teaching quality. To establish a set of scientific teaching quality evaluation index system in higher vocational colleges is essential for the construction of teaching quality evaluation system. Teaching supervision should center around the following: the assessment of professional skill and comprehensive quality, efficiency of monitoring, steering, fair and objective evaluation.
