| 摘 要： | 教师的问题行为，有其发生、发展的过程和产生的原因。如果教师不能处理好自己生活中的各种问题，必然会导致教育行为出现偏差，进而直接影响到学生的身心健康。因此，重视指导教师处理好自己生活中的各种问题，对学生、对教师自身的成长、人生幸福都是十分重要的。

| Abstract: | There exist some cause that result in the occurrence and development of the problem behaviors of teachers. As a factor, when teachers are unable to cope with the issues of their life, usually affects their teaching activities, even affects the mental health of their students in a direct way. Therefore, it is important to guild teachers how to treat their issues of life, which not only is beneficial to the growth of students and teachers themselves, but also relates to their happy life. |
