| 摘 要： | 政治素质是衡量公安院校人才培养质量的首要标准。而隐性课程以其作用方式的间接性与广泛性、作用过程的无意识性与渗透性、作用效果的稳定性与持久性，表现出显著的德育功能。公安院校应当从师资队伍建设、校园文化建设、警务化管理等方面入手，加强优质隐性课程建设，充分发挥隐性课程在政治育警中的独特作用。

| Abstract: | Political quality is a primary measure of quality of the talents in public security institutions. Hidden curriculum shows significant moral function, because of its indirect and extensive way, its unconscious and permeable process, its Stable and persistent effect and so on. In order to develop the unique value of hidden curriculum, public security institutions should strengthen the construction of hidden curriculum from three aspects such as teaching culture, learning culture and campus culture. |
