摘    要:树轮稳定同位素分析是20世纪70年代中期以来逐渐发展与成熟起来的研究方法,现已成为树轮气候学研究领域的重要手段之一.随着树轮纤维素提纯技术与稳定同位素分析方法的改进以及热带与亚热带地区一些新树种的发现及应用,树轮研究的区域与对象得到了扩大,使得气候非限制因子地区的树轮稳定同位素的研究取得一定进展.主要就国内外对树轮稳定碳同位素的分馏原理与机理、影响碳同位素分馏的因素、树轮稳定碳同位素组成的应用研究以及目前暖湿地区树轮稳定碳同位素的研究等方面进行综述,并对目前树轮稳定碳同位素的研究所存在的不足及未来发展趋势进行分析.

Abstract:Tree-ring stable isotope analysis, which has been a progressive development and mature research method since the middle of the 1970's, has become one of the important means in dendroclimatology field. Among them, the tree-ring stable carbon isotope study is earlier, progress faster and the larger in the results than the tree-ring hydrogen and oxygen stable isotope study. With the improvement of the tree-ring cellulose purification technology and stable isotope analysis methods, as well as the discovery and application of some new tree species in the tropical and subtropical regions, the study region and the target have been expanded. Therefore, the research on the tree-ring stable isotope in the climate for the non-limiting factor region has made some progress. In this paper, it mainly reviews the tree-ring stable carbon isotope fractionation principle and mechanism, the impact of carbon isotope fractionation factors, the applied research of tree-ring stable carbon isotope composition and the tree-ring stable carbon isotope research of the warm areas at present, and then analyzes the existing shortage of the tree-ring stable carbon isotope research in current and the development trends in the future.
