With the basketball sport development towards to high speed, height advantage and high skilled technique, the competition becomes more fiercely, and the numbers of free throw are increasing. The free throw is an important method of scoring. This paper makes analysis on free throw percentage from the aspects of physical, mental, technical and internal factors and puts forward the training method based on it.
