强化体育专业成人教育教学管理之我见

成人教育制度是整个教育体制体系中重要的组成部分，是其他教育制度不可替代的部分。办成人教育是为了进一步提高全民素质，培养更多社会需要的各种技术型、实用型、应用型、复合型的人才。而质量是教育的生命线，也是成人教育的生命线。成人教育能否持续发展关键是教学质量能否提高以及教育观念、教学内容、管理方式能否跟得上时代的发展。体育专业成人教育亦如此。因此，应根据建设全面小康社会和社会主义市场经济发展的需要以及体育专业成人教育工作的特点加强和改进其教学管理工作，以不断促进教学质量的提高。

A Talk about the Management of Adult Education for Sports Majors

Adult education is one of important parts of whole education system as well as the part which other education systems can not replace. Adult education is to improve the level of the whole people in China,and to cultivate more and more technological,practical and complex cable men society need. Moreover quality is not only the life line of education,but also the life line of education adult education. Whether adult education can continuously progress is due to that educational quality can be improve and whether educational views,educational contents and management measures catch the step of modern society. So is the adult education of sports. Therefore,we should enhance and advance it's teaching and management so as to improve the teaching quality according to the need of developing socialistic market economy.
