| 摘 要： | 根据供应链成员协作关系的不同,将其由低到高分为四个层次,同时采用ANP(网络分析法)和BOCR(利益、机会、成本、风险)准则作为分析工具,对不同层次的协作关系进行量化描述,提出评估和选择供应链成员间协作层次的方法。研究结果表明,对于供应链成员而言,并非最高层次的协作关系是最好的选择,而应该依据自身的实际情况选择与不同的合作伙伴进行不同层次的协作活动,以达到风险最小,收益最大,提升供应链整体效能。 |

| Abstract: | According to the different relations between supply chain members,a cooperative buyer-supplier relationship can be divided into four levels.A model,which applies the analytic network process(ANP) and the benefits,opportunities,cost and risks(BOCR) concept,is constructed to analyze various aspects of buyer-supplier relationship.The results show that the highest level is not necessary for the supply chain members,but they can choose the appropriate relationship for their own conditions to achieve lowest risk,... |
