Abstract:In order to explore impacts of different loaded exercise training on the endocrine function of circulatory system in rats. The content of the plasma Adrenomedullin (ADM), endothelin(ET) in rats were measured after 8-week swimming training with the different loaded exercises. Several results can be concluded as the followings: 1) the content of plasma ET, ADM was properly increased by the long-time middle-intensity training;2) The content of plasma ET was obviously increased, and the content of ADM was markedly decreased by the long-time high-intensity training. In conclusion, the long-time middle-intensity sports training can improve the excretion of ET and ADM;the long-time high-intensity sports training can lead to the turbulence of vessel active peptide, which is harmful to health.
