| 摘 要： | 随着数字技术、网络技术在世界范围的发展，图书馆现代化程度也相应提高。“数字图书馆”的提出和发展，为传统图书馆向未来发展指明方向，作为图书馆工作人员要通过各种教育和培训途径，提高业务素质，掌握新技术，开拓图书馆工作的新局面。
