| 摘 要： | 1999-2011年，我国普通高等教育经费来源的结构发生了明显变化，主要表现为:财政性教育经费和非财政性教育经费此消彼长，并且财政预算内拨款和学杂费成为这一时期教育经费来源的两大主渠道，其它教育经费来源在教育经费总量中的构成比例很少，我国普通高等教育经费来源多元化的目标尚未实现。
