Benjamin is an important figure in the research area of literature and art.His thoughts upon artistic nature and development are met with misunderstandings.In fact,according to his concept of artistic nature,art is the language of artists,the expression of artists' thoughts and introspection;it is a kind of behavior,an experience,an aesthetic awareness and the nature of artists.He leans artistically towards romanticism.With regard to his concept of artistic development,he holds that art has life,which comprises internal life and external life,and that art will not die out;as time goes on,artistic forms will emerge.In other words,artistic forms advance with the times.
