点胶喷口结构参数对流场的影响规律

摘    要:流体点胶过程是以一种受控的方式实现对流体的准确分配,而喷口结构参数是影响胶体点出量的关键参数之一。通过对胶体微挤出动态过程进行建模,并利用数值仿真软件Fluent对喷口结构参数变化情况下胶体微挤出量进行仿真,综合考虑了喷口长度、直径变化时的点胶情况,获得喷口结构参数变化对胶体微挤出量的影响规律,确定最佳的喷口结构参数。

Abstract:Fluid dispensing process is in a controlled manner to achieve an accurate distribution of fluid and requires very good consistency of each cycle of the adhesive amount dispensed that is influenced by the vent structure parameters .This article establishes dynamic process modeling through the in-depth analysis of the micro-dispensing process and simulates the dispensed adhesive amount according to the change of the vent structure parameter with the help of the numerical simulation software of Fluent to obtain the influ-ence rules it makes on the change of the vent length and diameter in determining the best vent structure pa-rameters finally .
