核反应堆工程专业生产实习的实践探索

核反应堆工程专业生产实习是普通高等院校实现核反应堆工程专业人才培养目标的重要实践环节,是专业知识联系生产实践的有效途径,直接影响学生适应社会的能力。南华大学于2011年6月在中国原子能科学研究院开展了核反应堆工程专业生产实习的实践探索。生产实习前的充分准备工作、严格的实习管理、实习单位优越的硬件和软件条件,确保了生产实习工作的平稳开展。学生的认可和实习单位的好评,表明了核反应堆工程专业生产实习的成功性。

Practice Exploration on Production Practice for Nuclear Reactor Engineering

The production practice is a key process in the nuclear reactor engineering of the ordinary high school education, which can cultivate professional engineers in the field of nuclear reactor engineering, and it is an effective approach for the relation of major knowledge with the production practice, thus affecting the student~ social adaptability directly. The University of South China carried out the exploration of production practice on nuclear reactor engineering in China Institute of Atomic Energy （CIAE） at June of 2011. The sufficient preparative work, stringent practice supervision and ascendant hardware and software in CIAE assured that production practice work was developed reliably. Both Ihe student recognition and appraise from the practice unit have shown that production practice on nuclear reactor engineering is successful.
