我国教师教育模式变迁探析

摘    要:我国教师教育已经有了一百多年的发展史,在此历程中教师教育模式也发生了诸多变迁。教师教育模式变迁史分为三个阶段,分别是封闭模式与开放模式并行阶段,封闭模式主导阶段,封闭模式向开放模式转变阶段。探析变迁的过程与特征,得出启示是应改变教师教育变革的政府行政主导,应处理好学术性与师范性的关系,应建设相关的制度。

Abstract:Chinese teacher education has developed more than one hundred years,and a lot of changes have occurred.The development history of Chinese teacher education can be divided into three stages:closed model coexisting with exoteric model,closed model dominating,closed model turning into exoteric model.This paper analyzes the course and characteristic of these changes based on three stages,and provides some enlightenment: administration-led should be changed,the relation between academy and normality should be harmonized,and correlative system should be created.
