体育院校术科教研室评估指标体系构建及建设研究

采用文献资料法和问卷调查法,在专家访谈的基础上,构建了体育院校术科教研室评估指标体系,其包括4个一级指标、11个二级指标和36个三级指标。运用层次分析法,对体育院校术科教研室评估指标体系一、二、三级指标的权重进行了权向量层次分析,结果表明,教学管理与教学效果在其体系中占有非常重要的位置。采用灰色关联分析法,经过7所体育院校的实证分析,结果表明体育院校术科教研室评估指标体系具有较强的科学性和合理性。最后,根据目前体育院校术科教研室的建设现状,从师资队伍、教学管理、教学效果、课程建设、教学改革、科学研究等方面提出了相关建议。

Study on the Construction of the Evaluation Index System of Sport-teaching Section in Sport Colleges

On the base of expert interviews, the authors had constructed the evaluation index system of sport-teaching section in sport colleges which includes four indexes in level one and eleven indexes in level two and thirty-six indexes in level three by using the methods of literature review and questionnaire. By using the method of hierarchy-process analysis, the weights in level one, two and three had been hierarchy-process analyzed and the results show that teaching management and teaching consequence are important in the evaluation index system of sport-teaching section in sport colleges. By the method of grey-correlation analysis, the results show that the evaluation index system of sport-teaching section in sport colleges is scientifical and reasonable through the empirical analysis of seven sport colleges. Finally, the authors had put forward the suggestions about teacher team, teaching management, teaching consequence, curriculum construction, teaching reform and scientific research according to the construction situation of sport-teaching section in sport colleges.
