| 摘 要： | 楚雄州是最早的人类起源地之一，也是全国仅有的两个彝族自治州之一，它具有独特的地理环境和悠久的历史文化。浓厚的彝族风俗和彝族文化是乌蒙山和哀牢山腹地的灵魂，更是楚雄彝族自治州的特色。彝族传统体育是彝族文化的一个重要组成部分，本文通过实地考察，走访咨询，资料查阅等方法，将楚雄州彝族传统体育的起源、现状和当前发展存在的问题做调查，提出发展和传承彝族传统体育的对策和建议。

| Abstract: | The traditional sports of Yi nationality with a long history and rich cultural information are human being's great heritages.As a unique regional physical culture,the traditional sports of Yi nationality are of special significance for researchers and of great value in existence.This paper discusses the actualities of Yi nationality's traditional sports culture and puts forward some countermeasures for further development of traditional sports culture. |
