摘    要:"人的发展"已成为现代教育追求的"终极目的"。人格尊重是一个古老而又现实的话题,实现人格的健康发展是人类几千年来的美好追求。学生人格的形成发展要靠环境的熏陶,潜移默化的感染。教师的敬业、热情、平等的态度,有助于提高教育教学质量,有助于学生健康人格的形成,有助于培养全面发展的高素质人才。

Abstract:According to the essay,the subject of social development,the full development of people and the development of a complete Person are the requirement and necessity of the times.The Development of a Person has become the final objective of modern education.Since the realization of the healthy development of moral character has become the pursuit of human being for thousands of years,the respect for moral character is an old but realistic topic.On the whole,the formation and development of students' moral character depend on the effect of teaching environment.The working attitude and passion of a teacher devote to the formation of students' moral character.Therefore,the purpose of teaching could be perfectly reached.
