| 摘 要： | 旅游业的发展促进了旅游教育的发展。但旅游传统教育观念、教育模式和方法与旅游人才市场需求相脱节,表现出不适应的状况。为培养新时期旅游管理人才,针对现今高职的教育理念,建议不断优化人才培养模式,构建新型高职教育,设计适合应用型旅游管理人才的课程体系与教学方法,进而优化旅游管理专业的教学。

| Abstract: | The develpoment of tourism stimulated the develpoment of tourism education.But the traditional tourism education ideology and system are not suitable for the needs of market in the new century.So it is suggested that the education system should be optimized continuously,high-professional education should be constructed,and the curriculum and teaching method should be reformed according to the new situation.Thus the teaching for the students of tourism management Dep.could be optimized. |
