| 摘 要： | 通过回顾湖北地区高校高水平运动队探索发展之路，分析了湖北地区高校高水平运动队现状。认为湖北地区高校高水平运动队日前面临着生源窘境和招生政策变化的影响以及高校高水平运动队自身科学化训练不足的挈肘，为湖北地区高校“体教结合”的健康发展提出一些确实可行的建议。

| Abstract: | This paper devotes to analyzing the status quo after reviewing the exploring and developing way of the high-level athletic teams in Hubei common universities and denotes that the high-level athletic teams are confronted with the predicament of students source,the influence of policy changes and the lack of scientific training in the high-level athletic teams themselves.The writer suggests several conclusive and effective ways,such as "the combination of sports and education" for the positive development of Hubei common universities. |
