透过“四体会”谈我国高校竞技健美操发展现状与思考

通过对第四届全国体育大会的全国各地的高校竞健美操代表队的研究,以文献法、专家访谈法、和数据统计法分析研究了我国高校竞技健美操的现状以及对现状的思考.结果表明,我国高校竞技健美操的整体水平发展较好,运动员和教练员都向年轻化发展,但是仍存在着运动员训练时间不足、学习和运动训练矛盾等一些问题,并分析了产生这些问题的主要原因是学校领导不重视,人们的认识不足,场地器材不足,为以后的高校竞技健美操的研究提供相关依据.

Through literature method to： pick,expert interview, and mathematic statistics analysis and study situation of competitive aerobics in universities in China and the status quo of thinking.The results indicates that the overall level of universities economic aerobics develops well,athletes and coaches to younger development,but there are still some problems,athletes training time is insufficient,learning and sports training conflicts remain etc and the analysis of the deficiency of the main reason： the school leader not value,people＇s understanding inadequacy,facilities and insufficient.Based on at the 4th national sports meeting of university throughout the country competing aerobics teams of the basic situation of the coaches and athletes makes an investigation and analysis,find its characteristics in colleges and universities,for the following aerobics research provides related basis.
