| 摘 要： | 信息不对称是现代信息经济学研究领域中的一个重要内容,技术市场的信息不对称极大地影响了市场交易效率。本文从技术市场的交易过程和技术商品的本质特性等两方面探讨了技术市场的信息不对称问题,同时探讨了技术市场信息不对称的成因,包括外生性因素、投资者的信息搜集和处理成本、信息传递过程的知识差等因素,并提出了防范措施和建议。
