哲学社会科学与新中国宪政

新中国的宪政史表明了这样一个客观事实:当思想解放,哲学社会科学繁荣发展时期,法学也能得到繁荣发展;而法学得到繁荣发展的时期,也就是中国社会经济建设繁荣发展的时期,人民能安居乐业的时期,综合国力不断强盛的时期。中共中央提出的要进一步繁荣发展哲学社会科学的意见对推动我国的宪政建设朝着更加民主完善的方向发展具有重要的现实意义和深远的历史意义。
