| 摘 要： | 今国际，体育仲裁正成为最为经济、有效和便捷的体育争端解决方式之一。国际体育仲裁院（CAS）是国际上著名的体育仲裁机构。体育仲裁对我国体育事业和仲裁法律制度来讲，是一项重要的制度创新。通过借鉴国际体育仲裁院体育仲裁制度的成功实践，对体育仲裁的理论和实践操作进行全面的考察和阐述，旨在使人们更深入地了解国际体育仲裁制度，以便为我国建立体育仲裁制度提供参考与建议。 |

| Abstract: | At present, arbitrition has become one of the most economic, efficient and convenient ways for settling the sports disputes. Sports arbitrition for the Chinese sports and the arbitrition legal system is an important system innovation. This paper expatiates on the theories and practice of CAS arbitrition in order to help the people understand the international arbitrition system better and to provide references for the establishment of sports arbitrition system in China. |
