| Abstract: | Through investigating and analyzing the digital reference service of 50 university libraries in Shandong province, this paper tries to find out the basic situation of the digital reference service （DRS） in Chines university li- braries. Besides, in order to promote the development of the DRS, some suggestions are be put forward in the end. |
