知识产权战略是我国企业提高核心竞争力以及实施"走出去"战略的有力保障,专利战略是知识产权战略的重要组成部分.基于华为和中兴的面板数据,运用专利申请(专利权)人分布分析、专利趋势图分析、IPC分布图分析等专利管理地图分析方法,通过分析我国通信设备行业典型企业华为和中兴的专利战略情况,总结其成功经验,为我国其他通信设备商在制定和实施专利战略方面提供一些思路和启示.

Analysis of Typical Domestic Enterprises' Management Patent Map-Based on the Panel Data of Huawei and Zhongxing
