跳远起跳时缓冲的运动学分析

摘    要:跳远技术包括4个部分:助跑、起跳、腾空、落地.根据现有的资料研究表明,助跑和起跳是影响跳远成绩的主要因素.现代跳远技术认为,助跑到上板,在动作形成中不应出现显著的变化,起跳前能保持跑的动作结构,正是高水平跳远技术的主要特征.要做到这一切,下肢肌肉的缓冲能力的好坏是至关重要的.可以看出,在未来的跳远发展中,下肢缓冲动作变得尤为重要,不可忽视.

Abstract:Long-jump technology includes four parts: run-up, take-offing, soaring, fall. Study indicates that run-up and take-off are the main factors of score in long-jump according to existing materials. Modern long-jump technology thinks ,helping and going to the board, should not present the change notably in the movement situation; The movement structure and relaxing that can keep running before taking-off is exactly the main characteristic of the high horizontal long-jump technology. Should accomplish all these, the quality of the buffer capacity of the muscles of low limbs is essential. It shows that, in the future development of long-jump, the action of buffer of low limbs is even more important, and can't be ignored .
