| 摘 要： | 根据世界卫生组织给出的健康概念,对个人健康应从身体健康、心理健康、社会健康和道德健康四个方面来综合评价和综合分析.基于这一思想,结合体质监测和心理测量的方法,建立了个人健康二级模糊综合评价模型;模型包括:个人健康评价指标体系、权重分配、身体健康线性隶属函数、心理健康线性隶属函数、个人健康指数等.实例表明应用该模型能够对个人健康做出定量评价,其结果可以用作个人健康结构分析,找出个人健康状况的薄弱方面,为健康管理、健康教育和健康促进提供依据.

| Abstract: | According to health conception defined by WHO, comprehensive evaluation of personal health should include physical, psychological, socio-cultural and moral factors. A model of two-step fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, which was joined with physical and psychological measurement, was established basing on the idea. The model is made up of the personal health index system, weights, linear membership function of physical health, linear membership function of psychological health, personal health index, and so on. Example indicates that the model can be used to evaluate personal health and to find out the weakness of personal health. |
