"法轮功"现象引发的对社区体育管理现状的反思

社区体育即基层社区内的群众体育,是体育社会化和体育改革的产物,是社会发展的必然趋势.近10多年来,社区体育从蓬勃兴起到逐步发展,已经在群众体育中日益凸显其显著功能.但是目前我国社区体育发展还比较滞后,存在社区晨晚练点管理不善、组织功能不健全等状况,"法轮功"现象暴露出社区体育管理工作存在的诸多问题.从"法轮功"引起的思考来认识社区体育的管理现状,并试图提出社区体育的发展对策.

Reflections on the Present Situation of Community Sport Management in Fighting against "Falun Kong"

Community sport referring to the mass sport in the grass- root communities, which is the product of socialization and reformation of sports, is the inexorable trend of developing society. In the past ten years, community sport have become a basic and main portion of mass sport with its growing and developing. However, it is underdeveloped at present that the management of physical training spot is umperfect, the function of the organization is unreasonable. There be found some problems in community sport in fighting against "Falun Kong". The paper will talk about the present situation of conununity sport against "Falun Kong" and bring forward some countermeasures to develop community sport.
