论当前我国历史文化名城的保护与发展

世界各国都面临如何处理好保护传统风貌与城市建设现代化的矛盾。我国历史文化名城保护中存在的问题包括:对保护的涵义理解有偏差、以建设的名义进行破坏、新旧不和谐、仿古成风等,要做好历史文化名城工作,应从以下几方面加强努力:加强宣传和立法,减少建设性破坏。

Protection and Development of the Historical and Cultural Cities in China Today

Countries throughout the world are all faced with how to deal with the conflict between protection and modernization building of the historical and cultural cities. In China, there are some problems such as the misunderstanding of the concept of protection, destruction under the name of construction, the disharmony between old and new buildings and wallowing in reproduction, with protection and development of these cities. In order to settle the conflict, efforts should be concentrated on publicity and legislation about protection and development, and on reducing the destruction under the name of construction of historical and cultural cities.
