普通高校体育教师绩效评价指标体系的构建

摘    要:为了提高普通高校体育教师教学效能,促进体育教师专业发展,运用文献资料和问卷调查等方法对构建合理的绩效评价指标体系展开研究。普通高校体育教师绩效评价指标体系应主要围绕素质、教学、科研、指导任务和社会服务五个方面构建评价指标,根据专家的建议赋予它们合适的权重,为高校制定评价指标体系提供参考,各高校可根据自身发展战略,灵活调整具体指标的内容和权重。

Abstract:In order to improve the effectiveness of PE teaching,and to promote professional development of physical education teachers,constructing a reasonable performance evaluation system becomes extremely important.With literature,questionnaires and other methods,the conclusion is drawn as follows: Performance evaluation of indicator system on college physical education teacher should mainly focus on five aspects including quality,scientific research,teaching,guiding task and social services to construct an A level evaluation index,and give them proper weight according to experts’ advice,in order to provide reference for the performance evaluation system,and every college can adjust content and proportion of the system according to its own development strategy.
