| 摘 要： | 我国高等教育大众化,在缓解民众旺盛的教育需求的同时,也引发了毕业生就业难的现象,导致了人才的相对过剩。其主要原因是我国高等教育大众化发展的内部障碍和高等教育结构与产业结构不相适应。本文认为转变高等教育培养方式和调整高等教育的结构,将能够促进高等教育的可持续健康发展。

| Abstract: | Popularization of Higher Education meets the need of the people who want to get higher education while it has brought great difficulties to graduates.Also it leads to over gifts.There are two main reasons.The first is the inner barrier in the development of the popularization of higher education in China.The second reason is that the structure of higher education doesn't adapt to that of industry.So I think we must change the method of higher education development.Also we should adjust the structure of higher education.All of above will make higher education develop persistently and healthily. |
