| 摘 要： | 班集体既是学校教育工作的基本单位,也是学生学习、活动的基层组织。通过对班级集体模型:班级集体的教育管理模型、班级集体发展的系统模型和班级集体的自我管理模型构建的积极探讨,以利于提高教育、教学质量,促进学生的全面发展。
