基于职业岗位背景的大学英语教学改革探索——以清远职业技术学院为例

为提升大学英语教学质量,服务产业转型升级和创新发展,增强学生的就业竞争力,可通过校企合作开展基于职业岗位背景的大学英语教学改革实践。基于职业岗位背景的大学英语教学应当依据专业岗位和课程属性,研制课程标准、重构教学内容和改革教学方法,具体可以采取研制基于行业的课程标准、开发与专业相关联的教学内容、实施基于职业岗位背景的项目教学方法、建设适应培养学生自学能力培养与形成的开放网站和教学视频等措施来实施。

In order to improve the quality of College English teaching,serve the transformation,upgrading and innovative development of regional industries,and enhance the employment competitiveness of students,positon-based College English Teaching Reform should adopt the following methods such as the development of industry-based curriculum standards,the development of teaching content related to the major,the implementation of project-based curriculum reform under the vocational background,the establishment of an open website and teaching video to adapt to the cultivation and formation of students'self-learning ability.
