| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、专家访谈法和逻辑分析法,对皮划艇激流回旋项目进行系统归纳和总结。认为皮划艇激流回旋运动是一项技能复杂、对心理素质要求过硬和对体能要求高的湍流划船竞速项目;运动员要具备全面的竞技能力,精确的划行线路、湍流中船艇的平衡稳定和对划桨的有效控制是专项技术的三个核心要素。在激流回旋训练过程中,要特别注重认识和把握训练和竞赛的现象与本质的区别。为实现激流回旋项目在伦敦奥运周期中突破提供理论依据。 |

| Abstract: | With the method of literature review,expert interview and logical analysis,the paper systemetically concluded and summarized canoe slalom.Canoe slalom is a complex sports event which has high requirement for the atheletes’ psychological and physical qualities.Athletes should have comprehensive competitive abilities and ther are three key factors which are precise roweing line,boat’s balancing in turbulence and effective controlling of the paddles.It is most important to understand and hold the differences between training and competition in the training process of turbulence.This provdies theoretical basis for the breakthrough of the Olympics in the turbulence. |
