我国体育产业劳动生产率现状及其影响因素分析——基于2006-2008年体育产业统计

劳动生产率的提高对实现增长方式转变、保持经济持续发展至关重要.基于国家体育总局公布的2006 2008年我国体育产业统计资料,在对我国体育产业劳动生产率增长现状进行分析的基础上,通过指数分解法研究我国体育产业劳动生产率增长的驱动模式及其影响因素,结果显示：我国体育产业劳动生产率总体呈现出增长的态势,但仍处于较低水平;我国体育产业的各行业劳动生产率也基本呈现出增长的态势,但劳动生产率增长的速度在2008年有所下降,甚至有的行业出现了负增长;资本深化是我国体育产业劳动生产率增长的主要驱动力;我国体育产业的劳动力配置结构未能促进生产率增长;我国体育产业各个行业间的关联性差,制约着生产率的增长.并提出保持我国体育产业劳动生产率增长的相关建议.

Labor Productivity Status of China＇s Sports Industry and Its Factor Analysis——Based on the Statistics of Sports Industry between 2006 and 2008

The improvement of labor productivity is crucial to realize the transformation of economic growth mode, and to maintain sustainable economic development. By the statistics of sports industry between 2006 and 2008 by State General Administration of Sport, based on the analysis of labor productivity status of China＇s sports industry, this paper, by the index decomposition method, studies the driving mode and dependent factors of labor productivity growth in China＇s sports industry. The results include., the overall labor productivity of China＇s sports industry is showing a trend of growth, but it is still at a low level; labor productivity of sub-industries of Cbina＇s sports industry is also showing a trend of growth, but the rate of growth declined in 2008, and even some sub-industries had negative growth; capital deepening is the main driving force of labor productivity growth in China＇ s sports industry; the allocation structure of labor forces in China＇ s sports industry fails to promote productivity growth; low relevance between various sub-industries of China＇s sports industry restricts productivity growth. And finally this paper puts forward some relevant suggestions to maintain labor productivity growth in China＇s sports industry.
