| 摘 要： | 在对健身俱乐部服务链进行界定的基础上,构建了健身俱乐部服务链的一般模型,认为IPA模型与层次分析法相结合的评价方法,有利于发现服务链自身的薄弱环节和优势环节,确定健身俱乐部在行业或区域内的地位,有助于其针对性地制订发展战略,提高服务质量和治理水平。

| Abstract: | On the basis of defining the fitness club service chain, this paper builds the general model of the fitness club service chain, and thinks the method of IPA model combined with AHP evaluation method, whieh is advantageous to the discovering service the weaknesses and advantages of the service chain. Establishing the fitness club＇s status will help it to formulate devel- opment strategies, and improve the service quality and management level. |
