| 摘 要： | 高校体育教学的目标是全面推进素质教育，促进学生全面健康和谐地发展，这一目标的实现离不开高素质的教师队伍。高素质的体育教师不仅要具备渊博的知识，还要具有高尚的师德。加强高校体育教师师德建设，打造一支高素质的师资队伍，是新时期我国高校体育教育改革的关键。

| Abstract: | The goal of college sport teaching is to carry education for all-around development forward all-sidedly, to promote student overall health to develop harmoniously, the realization of this goal is closely connected with teachers of quality. The sport teacher of high quality will not only have broad and profound knowledge, but have noble teacher virtue. It is the key of the college sport educational reform of our country in new period to strengthen the construction of teacher ethics and produce teachers of quality. |
