| 摘 要： | 竞技体育教练员是竞技体育发展的核心,其职业素质不仅关系到其自身的执教能力和水平,而且对运动员的成才和训练有着重要而深远的影响。本文从适应当今社会的要求出发,对竞技体育教练员所应具备的素质和能力做了阐述,旨在为建立一支政治思想觉悟高、执教能力强的高水平教练员队伍提供借鉴。
