非指导性教学思想对体育教学改革的启示

摘    要:非指导性教学思想是美国人本主义心理学家罗杰斯对现代教学论的贡献。他提出了与传统教学思想有别的学生观、教师观和教学观,强调以情感为突破口,促进学生的认知、行为和情感的整体发展。在体育教学中贯彻这样的思想,有助于改善我们的教学现状,促使学生的人格素质向着素质教育要求的方向发展。

Abstract:Non-guide" teaching thought is put forward by American human-centered thinking psychologist C. R. Rogers. It s great contribution to modern teaching theories. Some of his standpoints on student, teacher and teaching are different from traditional teaching thoughts. He thought emotion should be emphasized and student's cognition, action and emotion should be developed entirely. If we can run through these ideas during our PE teaching,it will be helpful to our teaching condition and will promote student's character quality to higher level.
